We cooked a Tofurkey Roast, had cranberry in a can did the whole awesome being in love and living together Thanksgiving meal together thing, watched some episodes from the Twilight Zone marathon, then went to the movies to see Fantastic Mr. Fox, which was just 70 minutes of amazing. Today was stellar.

Heh. So my supervisor had 9 packs of expired Polaroid 600 platinum film and she of course didn't realize that, so I mentioned they were expired and she told me to throw them away... So I then took them to my car.

They expired in 2001 and for the most part have been stored in a drawer in her office. I am going to try them out soon.

****Update.. It didn't work. The developer in it had dried up. Oh well.

I haven't updated in a while. We want to get a house. Probably in January is when we'll start looking. I want a yard, space, a place that really feels like our place.

My Panasonic Lumix Tz5 decided to just stop working a little over a year of owning it. That upset me since the camera cost 340 dollars.

Oh well.

So the U2 show Sunday at the Pasadena Rose Bowl that me and my girlfriend are going to is apparently being filmed for a DVD release. That's kind of cool.

Haven't updated in a while. My work has relocated and all our buildings cept for one office in another city have been consolidated into a new very large building. I work in the training unit and we get our own building next to the main building and I haven't had an office for a week now so I have been assisting the IT guys with getting everyone's (500+) computers up and running onto the new server. Monday I will reassemble my staff library in the new building.

I haven't been taking pictures. My girlfriend and I were offered to shoot pictures around our city and have them in our friend's art show but we kind of flaked. I haven't felt creative in a while. I have had the urge to paint and draw more since last month when we were doing that on our vacation. I think we're going to Tokyo Japan in January which will be great. Speaking of Tokyo, I purchased a movie called Tokyo Zombie and it was good and then bad. I wonder if it's already become a cult classic. These are just random thoughts I guess.

Random things.. We've become addicted to Robot Chicken. Vacation was nice in that it was nice to be off work, but at the same time I wasn't able to relax due to obligations and weird family things and ultimately my girlfriend's car being broken into at our apartments resulting in my girlfriend's work access card and apartment gate opener being stolen. All in all I try to remain positive and optimistic despite things like this being thrown at me and her. I believe that when people do shitty things to other people it comes back to them. Unfortunately bad things tend to happen to people who aren't assholes, but oh well.

We've been trying to draw every night.

We made almost a gallon of orange juice using half a bag of oranges. Since we can't pasteurize it ourself I guess we have to consume it all pretty quickly.

That's the downside of juicing I guess.
